ICD fir Customs clearance at the ICD, loading customs cleared & sealed
container on railway wagon/trailer for transportation to gate way

4) DETENTION TO
TRAILERS
|
|
If the trailer reaches the factory premises for
export stuffing before 10.00 hrs., then free time of 2 days, inclusive of
arrival of trailer at factory premises, shall be granted for factory
stuffing. For the import factory destuffing containers free time of one day
shall be granted. However exporters / importers should make efforts to
ensure that the trailer is sent back to the ICD, so that the other work
does not suffer. Beyond the free time, detention charges @ Rs.500/- per TEU
and @ 1000/- per FEU will be payable.

5) TERMINAL SERVICE CHARGES
1. The
rates for 20 containers are given below. The rates for 40 container will be
double these rates.
2. The
day of unloading / arrival / stuffing of container is excluded while
calculating Free Time.

7) WHARFAGE CHARGES
|
|
A) FOR EXPORT CARGO FREE TIME OF TEN DAYS,
excluding the day of arrival of cargo in warehouse, will be given for
getting Customs Examination done, obtaining stuffing permission from ICD
Customs and for issue of Job Order for stuffing. Thereafter, wharfage
@ Rs.20/- per Ton per day or part thereof, subject to maximum of Rs.250/-
per 20 container and Rs.500/- per 40 container per day or part thereof
will be charged

A) FOR IMPORT CARGO - FREE TIME OF TWO
WORKING DAYS, excluding the day of destuffing of imports in ICD shall be
given for getting Customs Examinatio n done, obtaining Out of Charge from
ICD Customs after payment of duty and removal of cargo. Thereafter,
wharfage @ Rs.40/- per Ton or part therefore, subject to a maximum of
Rs.500/- per 20 container and Rs.1000/- per or part thereof of 40
container will be charged.

Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of Friends Container Terminal
Service Tax Extra on the above rates.
